These tools were all the rage in the 90s but things have moved on now. Also as a side not you really should not be submitting your sites to search engines anymore, drive some high quality backlinks and you will get indexed within hours instead of waiting the months that submitting could take. Also gsa does not really result in any meaningful useful backlinks, let alone high PR, high Traffic dofollow link some tools on the market today.
